Morgan Daly has dedicated her legal career to defending the accused in the criminal justice system, both at trial and on appeal.

I am known among my colleagues for taking on tough cases where the defense hinges on challenging police officers’ credibility regarding use of force.

 

As much as I love seeking justice for individual clients, I am eager to take what I have learned fighting in the trenches and fight for criminal justice reform on a broader scale, particularly in the areas of police use of force, racial profiling, and pretrial reform.
